Job summary

Transition Technologies MS is seeking an experienced ERP Solution Architect/Consultant to design scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions for a global pharmaceutical environment.

You will blend technical architecture with business consulting, guiding decisions on Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust data governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, ERP Architect, or in a similar technical leadership role within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, solution design, and enterprise ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of business processes related to Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, maintainable SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Define architecture, data structures, and integration approaches per standards.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions for Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and consultants, promoting clean-code and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and IT teams to align tech with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA, CSV.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced ERP Solution Architect / Consultant to design and develop scalable, sustainable SAP S/4HANA solutions for a global organization in the pharmaceutical industry.

In this role, you will combine technical architecture expertise with strategic business consulting, focusing on Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management. You will collaborate with international teams, guide technical decisions, and ensure that ERP solutions meet business objectives, architectural standards, and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and standardized solutions within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.
• Define solution architecture, data structures, and integration approaches in line with enterprise architecture standards.
• Translate complex business requirements related to Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management into effective SAP solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and consultants, promoting clean-code principles and architectural best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional IT teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA, and Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Support data governance, access control, traceability, and audit readiness.
• Evaluate new technologies and SAP S/4HANA enhancements to improve system performance and minimize technical debt.
• Contribute to long-term technology strategy, architectural roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, ERP Architect, or in a similar technical leadership role within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, solution design, and enterprise ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of business processes related to Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management.
• Hands-on experience designing complex integrations, data architectures, and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and conducting architectural reviews.

  Nice to have:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), GDPR, and regulatory requirements such as FDA and EMA.
  • Experience implementing data governance, data classification, access control, and traceability standards.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology roadmapping and SAP landscape modernization initiatives.
