Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a certified ERP analyst to drive the configuration and optimization of our finance modules. You will work with business users to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and parameterize Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with accounting processes.

The role requires strong BPMN/UML skills, experience in ERP projects, and fluent English. Occasional travel is expected, with a hybrid work setup and collaborative, growth-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 BC/NAV consultant or ERP systems analyst.
• Experience in ERP implementation or maintenance projects.
• Experience in financial/accounting process analysis.
• Proficiency with BPMN/UML notations.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business users on accounting, reporting, and settlement processes and translate them into system solutions.
• Parameterize financial modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Create BPMN and UML diagrams, define calculation logic and non-functional requirements.
• Produce functional specifications, process descriptions, and test scenarios.
• Design and execute functional tests and support UAT.
• Collaborate with development teams and vendors to ensure solution quality and suggest ERP improvements.

What will your tasks involve?

• Analysis & Workshops: Gathering requirements from business users regarding accounting, reporting, and settlement processes, and translating them into system solutions.




• System Configuration: Parameterizing financial modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central according to business needs.




• Modeling & Design: Creating BPMN and UML diagrams, defining calculation logic, algorithms, and non-functional requirements for financial modules.




• Documentation: Creating comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, process descriptions, and test scenarios.




• Testing & Quality Assurance: Designing and executing functional tests, verifying software delivered by vendors, and supporting business users during UAT.




• Coordination & Optimization: Collaborating with development teams and vendors to ensure solution quality, proactively identifying process bottlenecks, and recommending ERP improvements.

What we expect from you?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Consultant or System Analyst for other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).




• Proven participation in ERP implementation projects or experience working within an ERP maintenance and development team.




• Practical experience in analyzing financial and accounting processes (e.g., general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, reporting).




• Proficiency in requirements engineering techniques and BPMN/UML notations.




• Fluent communication in English (min. B2 level).




• Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative, creative team spirit.




• Openness to occasional business travel.

• Microsoft certifications validating Business Central expertise.




• An understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.




• IREB or similar certifications in business/system analysis.




• Working knowledge of SQL and/or PL/SQL.
