Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an ERP Project Manager to lead the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in Poland. The role is on-site/hybrid in Częstochowa with a B2B contract for 6–9 months and ASAP start.

You will coordinate with the customer, local partner and project team to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include governance, planning, risk management and change management across Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Sales, with emphasis on aligning processes

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ERP project management experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred (or similar ERP platforms).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to map and document business processes and changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Business Central rollout in Poland.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, governance, reporting and documentation.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate customer, implementation partner and key stakeholders.
• Map existing processes and align with the global template.
• Drive organizational change and business readiness for the new system.
• Oversee Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Sales implementation activities.
• Coordinate system interfaces with external platforms.
• Monitor progress to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
