Job summary

Seargin, a dynamic multinational tech company, seeks an SAP Techno-Functional Consultant to support the ERP Source-to-Procure team. You will focus on indirect procurement, end-to-end P2P lifecycle, and ERP integrations, translating business requirements into technical solutions within SAP S/4HANA and related platforms.

You will design, configure, and optimize SAP S/4HANA, S2P processes, and procurement platform integrations.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of SAP techno-functional experience in MM and S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Strong knowledge of indirect procurement and end-to-end P2P/S2P processes.
• Experience integrating procurement platforms like GEP SMART with SAP ERP systems.
• Knowledge of integration architecture, API-led connectivity, and middleware like MuleSoft.
• Experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and using API gateways.
• Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, ETL, and formats such as JSON/XML/CSV/EDI.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP configurations and technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops and gather business requirements.
• Design, configure, and enhance SAP S/4HANA and S2P solutions.
• Manage integrations between SAP ERP and procurement platforms using SAP Integration Suite or MuleSoft.
• Define data mapping and transformation for POs, receipts, invoices, and supplier data.
• Monitor interfaces, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize performance.
• Coordinate SIT, SAT, and UAT testing, deployment and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT Architecture and Master Data teams.
• Manage change requests and ensure regulatory compliance.

About the role

An SAP Techno-Functional Consultant will support the ERP Source-to-Procure team within the Demand-to-Pay (D2P) value stream, focusing on indirect procurement and the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. The project involves designing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA and procurement platform integrations, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring reliable data exchange between procurement and ERP systems.

Must-have Requirements

• 3-7 years of SAP techno-functional experience, particularly in SAP MM and SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement.
• Hands-on experience with both SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Strong knowledge of indirect procurement and the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Experience integrating procurement platforms such as GEP SMART with SAP ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, API-led connectivity, and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft.
• Experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and working with API gateways.

• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, CIG, and SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF).
• Familiarity with WRICEF/WRICEF objects, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of non-functional requirements, enterprise integration patterns, and compliance standards such as GDPR, GxP, and ICFR.

• Coordinate and lead SIT, SAT, and UAT testing, as well as deployment and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT Architecture, and Master Data teams.
• Manage change requests, ensure regulatory compliance, and establish best practices.
• Define KPIs, support business cases, and mentor junior analysts.
