Seargin Ltd. is seeking a senior SAP Transformation Consultant to lead discovery, architecture, and bid activities for SAP S/4HANA programs.

You will translate business needs into high-level SAP solutions and drive pre-sales efforts with sales and delivery teams in a multinational setting. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, strong presentation skills, and fluency in English to support international customer discussions and workshops.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP consulting or transformation programs.
• Proven experience supporting pre-sales, solution design, and SAP transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related SAP solutions.
• Experience with SAP technologies such as SAP BTP, EWM, Signavio, LeanIX.
• Ability to define implementation approaches, delivery models, and roadmaps.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English for international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery workshops, analyze business challenges, and gather requirements to shape SAP transformation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into high-level SAP solution architectures aligned with customer objectives and enterprise best practices.
• Support RFP, RFQ, and proposal activities by defining solution scope, assumptions, implementation approaches, and delivery strategies.
• Develop solution concepts, effort estimates, delivery models, and implementation roadmaps for SAP transformation initiatives.
• Present SAP solutions, transformation strategies, business benefits, and value propositions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with sales teams on strategic opportunities, bid pursuits, and customer engagements to maximize business success.
• Support architecture definition and scope development for SAP S/4HANA and related SAP solutions across transformation programs.
• Contribute to Statements of Work, executive presentations, proposal materials, and other customer-facing deliverables.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful knowledge transfer, solution alignment, and smooth project mobilization.
• Monitor SAP technology trends, market developments, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities and innovation areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise transformation programs within complex business environments.
• Proven experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution design, business development, and SAP transformation initiatives.
• SAP S/4HANA Expertise
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related SAP solutions supporting enterprise process transformation and modernization.
• Experience with SAP technologies such as SAP BTP, EWM, Signavio, LeanIX, or other strategic SAP products and platforms.
• Proposal & RFP Management
  • Experience preparing customer proposals, solution estimates, responses to RFPs/RFQs, and commercial solution documentation.
• Ability to define implementation approaches, delivery models, architectural concepts, and transformation roadmaps for enterprise programs.
• Business & Technical Consulting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams while translating requirements into solution designs.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging decision-makers, project sponsors, and customer leadership teams.
• Presentation & Communication Skills
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and consulting skills supporting customer-facing engagements and workshops.
• Fluent English with the ability to lead customer discussions, presentations, workshops, and proposal activities in international environments.
