Job summary

Euroclear is seeking an IT Agile Project Manager (Epic Delivery Owner) in Poland to lead large IT transformation initiatives. You will orchestrate multiple squads, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope and budget.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and alignment with Euroclear Agile standards. The ideal candidate has extensive Agile experience, financial acumen, and the ability to drive complex technology changes in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading medium to large projects through all lifecycle stages.
• Experience managing project finances using MS Excel.
• Experience in an Agile delivery environment with Scrum teams.
• Familiar with project planning tools (MS Project) and governance tools (Azure DevOps or Jira).
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects or with a technical background.
• Desirable: Prince2 Agile or PMI-ACP or equivalent.
• Banking/financial markets knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of project proposals and plans including timeframe, budget, and resources.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to evaluate feasibility.
• Support, motivate and challenge delivery squads to meet time and budget targets.
• Oversee governance, scope, deliverables, and financial aspects of the project.
• Report progress to sponsors, senior management and clients with dashboards and presentations.
• Negotiate changes in scope, budget or requirements with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, issues and impediments and remove blockers.
• Improve quality and productivity within Euroclear Agile methodology.
• Manage workload across two or more concurrent projects.
