Tata Consultancy Services in Kraków is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to drive epic-level delivery across multiple squads in SAFe/Scrum environments.

You will coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and govern delivery progress with stakeholders, while promoting continuous improvement of the STP Tribe's operating model. Hybrid work, with 2 days in office and 3 remote, for ongoing collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading epic-level delivery in Agile environments.
• Delivery governance, risk, and progress tracking.
• Ability to align delivery with business goals.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery lifecycle of epics from planning to post-release support.
• Collaborate with PO, architects, squad leads to define scope and timelines.
• Ensure epics meet architecture and security standards.
• Facilitate Epic Syncs, Quarterly Planning, Feature Board Reviews.
• Track progress with Agile metrics and report in governance forums.
• Manage cross-squad dependencies and risks.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders on scope and timing.
• Support onboarding and capability building across squads.
• Contribute to improving STP Tribe delivery model.
