Job summary

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction in Kraków seeks an experienced EPC Product Manager Plant Design (2D/3D/E&I) to bridge business strategy and engineering delivery, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from backlog to performance tracking.

You will coordinate with Domain Managers and Solution Owners, ensure AVEVA E3D/Diagrams expertise, and drive digital thread across 2D to 3D workflows while maintaining safety and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, IT or equivalent.
• 10+ years EPC Plant Design experience; 3+ years AVEVA E3D and Aveva Diagrams.
• Strong data, Digital & IT domain knowledge and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define Digital Product Strategy & Roadmap across DDS organization.
• Pilot Financial Envelope & Performance Management: monitor KPIs and licenses.
• Own Product Engineering Design & Delivery: align with architecture & solution teams.
• Drive Cross-Functional Team Coordination & Project Management with Domain Manager.
• Communicate with Domain Managers, Product Experts and Solutions Director to translate needs.
