Job summary

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction Kraków is seeking an Electrical Lead Engineer to drive electrical design and systems engineering for major EPC projects worldwide. You will spearhead the electrical discipline, manage calculations, drawings, and documentation, and supervise procurement input and FAT participation.

You will coordinate with vendors and client disciplines, lead project delivery, and progress toward Senior Electrical Lead Engineer roles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years in a plant engineering company as an Electrical Engineer.
• Fluent English and ability to work across disciplines.
• Experience with vendor coordination and international projects.

Responsibilities

• Design of Electrical System for petrochemical and refinery industry.
• Planning, managing, monitoring, reviewing and approving the discipline’s work regarding quality, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Preparing project-specific Electrical Discipline Job Manual including specifications and contractual requirements.
• Preparation of project documentation including single line diagrams, protection and control diagrams, terminal connections, substations layouts.
• Execution of electrical calculations including short circuit, power balance, cable sizing, lighting and grounding.
• Preparation of layout drawings (locations, cable routing, lighting, grounding).
• Coordination with vendors and interfaces with client’s technical specialists.
