Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer in Kraków to convert complex project scope into a controlled execution roadmap. You will create, track, and manage schedules from proposal through execution, aligning with engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction teams to keep projects on time and budget.

The role focuses on establishing a robust baseline schedule, monitoring progress, and communicating performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, EPC, or Oil & Gas, including planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6; SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate with international teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Create baseline project schedules from proposals.
• Develop detailed master schedules using WBS and baselines.
• Track progress across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction.
• Update schedules, monitor milestones, and report KPIs.
• Identify delays early and coordinate solutions with team leads.
