Job summary

Citi HR Customer Care Specialist in Warsaw is an entry‑level role within Citi’s HR team, providing first‑line support on pay, data, time and absence, benefits, and other HR inquiries to Citi employees, former employees and third‑party vendors.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup (up to two days at home per week), develop your knowledge of HR processes, communicate clearly in Polish and English, and contribute to service continuity while identifying opportunities for process improvement and higher

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HR business processes.
• B2 level Polish and English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience identifying process improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Answer HR inquiries for Citi employees, former employees and vendors via approved channels (pay, tax, time and absence, benefits, data, systems).
• Ensure timely task completion per defined targets by regional/global management.
• Maintain professional etiquette and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactively ensure continuity of HR Connect channels (ticketing, hotline).
• Educate employees on self-service tools and processes.
• Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction.
