Job summary

Citi Poland is seeking an HR Benefits Operations Analyst to join the HR Benefits team, delivering operations support across employee benefits programs in a multi-country context.

The role requires basic HR/operations knowledge, strong Excel skills, and solid communication. You will handle data, invoices, and vendor liaison while contributing to process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources or Operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all benefits and T&A related data/administration during employee lifecycle for different countries including data entry, document distribution, payroll inputs and reporting along with ad hoc tasks.
• Invoice processing, validation and payment registration in the system.
• Act as key contact person with benefit vendors, act as the bridge between the organization, the employees and the benefits providers, ensure timely reporting and payment to benefit vendors and excellent customer service for employees.
• Effectively solve complex employee inquiries and escalations with appropriate support from SMEs, support stakeholders' requests.
• Collaborate with the HR Benefits team to implement changes in country benefits, participate in implementation efforts and participate in transition and reengineering projects on a country/regional/global level along with other projects.
• Ensure process documentation is up to date, drive simplification and enhance effectiveness measures through continuous improvement, also focusing on preventing any gaps in the processes and compliance with internal controls.
