You will support employee benefits programs across countries, manage data, invoices and reporting, and serve as a primary contact with vendors to ensure timely payments and high service quality.

The role requires basic HR/operations background, strong Excel skills, and solid communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources or Operations preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage all benefits and T&A related data/administration during the employee lifecycle from enrollment to disenrollment for different countries including data entry, document distribution, payroll inputs and reporting along with ad hoc tasks
• Invoice processing, validation and payment registration in the system
• Act as key contact person with benefit vendors, bridge between organization, employees and providers, ensure timely reporting and payments
• Effectively solve complex employee inquiries and escalations with SMEs, support stakeholders’ requests
• Collaborate with the HR Benefits team to implement changes in country benefits and participate in transition and reengineering projects
• Ensure process documentation is up to date, drive simplification and enhance effectiveness measures through continuous improvement
