The role involves modelling processes, managing requirements, and partnering with business and technology teams to deliver valuable digital solutions. The candidate will contribute to process excellence, drive system improvements, and support the delivery lifecycle with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least two internationally recognized Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP or UML Professional.
• 8+ years of BA experience on large-scale information systems with multi-development teams.
• Experience with enterprise information systems in HRM, Asset, Financial, or Grants domains.
• SDLC and requirements management experience.

Responsibilities

• Model and document business processes, value streams, and data structures.
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and manage business requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and developers across the SDLC.
• Support business cases, feasibility studies, and solution recommendations.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
