Sii Poland is seeking an experienced data architecture leader to drive enterprise data architecture, governance, and scalable information management across a regulated, research-driven environment in Kraków. You will partner with business and technology teams to ensure reliable, accessible data assets for advanced analytics and AI initiatives.

You will guide adoption of data structures, semantic frameworks, and best practices, while shaping the data strategy and delivering reusable data products

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data architecture, data management, analytics, or related areas in a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of modern data architecture concepts, distributed data platforms, scalable data management.
• Experience with cloud-based data environments, data modeling, and SQL.
• Understanding of data governance, reference and master data management, metadata, lineage, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise data architecture principles, standards, and governance practices.
• Design scalable data solutions that support reporting, analytics, and operational processes.
• Translate business needs into reusable, high-quality data products and information models.
• Guide teams in adopting consistent data structures, semantic frameworks, and architectural best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology domains to drive data-related initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve data capabilities and support the development of an AI-ready data ecosystem.
