Job summary

Accenture Poland's AI Centre of Excellence in Warsaw is seeking a senior data engineering leader to design and deliver data and AI programs across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will guide PoCs/PoVs, mentor cross‑functional teams, and partner with clients to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

You will work hands‑on with Python, SQL, Spark, and modern platforms (Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake) while shaping architecture, governance and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in data engineering, AI, or analytics.
• 2+ years in leadership roles within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to design and deliver complex data/AI projects including PoC/PoV.
• Experience in cloud migration or hybrid cloud architectures is valued.
• Strong English communication and collaboration across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning and execution of data migrations and integrations.
• Hands-on work with Python, SQL, Spark on Databricks, Fabric and Snowflake.
• Integrate diverse data sources into unified datasets for analytics.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts and scientists to deliver insights.
