Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Data Governance Lead to establish and expand enterprise-wide governance practices for a healthcare-focused organization undergoing data management transformation. You will ensure data is trusted, accessible, compliant, and ready for analytics and AI-enabled initiatives.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to implement governance frameworks, data catalogs, and metrics, driving adoption and measurable value across the enterprise.

Formación

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven data management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide data governance and stewardship initiatives across multiple business areas.
• Roll out governance frameworks and enablement activities for data stakeholders.
• Oversee data cataloging and discovery to improve accessibility and transparency.
• Embed governance processes into daily operations and decision-making.
• Monitor governance performance with defined metrics and regular reporting.
• Explore innovative governance approaches including automation and AI-enabled data management.
