Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data & AI Platform Architect to lead a large-scale healthcare transformation. You will define the technical foundation for data, analytics, automation, and AI, guiding cross-functional teams across regions while aligning business goals with technology strategy.

In a regulated environment, you will shape scalable platform capabilities, drive governance, cloud-native solutions on Azure and AWS, and foster MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data platforms, data engineering, or enterprise data architecture.
• At least 5 years in an Architect role leading technical teams and large-scale platform initiatives.
• Proven experience designing cloud-native solutions on Azure and AWS with IaC and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term architecture strategy and roadmap for data and AI platforms.
• Lead platform governance, technology selection, and strategic decisions for enterprise solutions.
• Enable advanced analytics and AI adoption through scalable, reusable, and secure platform capabilities.
• Drive platform reliability, operational excellence, automation, and service delivery across global environments.
• Establish cost management frameworks and optimization initiatives for cloud-based services.
• Build and lead international teams responsible for platform architecture, engineering, operations, and continuous improvement.
