Job summary

Google Madrid, Spain is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Google Cloud Consulting to serve as the primary technical advisor for our most strategic enterprise customers, accelerating cloud adoption and optimizing operations.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, build executive relationships, and guide multiple work streams to deliver value with Google Cloud, including planning migrations and success metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in a customer-facing role managing customer technical implementations or transformations.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, technical support, or IT consulting.
• Fluent English and another language (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, or Portuguese).

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading end-to-end implementation journeys.
• Provide technical guidance, manage timelines, milestones, and migrations for customers.
• Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders and drive quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate across Support, Engineering, and SRE to ensure customer success during critical moments.
• Develop best practices and assets from engagements to scale initiatives with partners.
