Job summary

Google in Warszawa, Poland seeks a Principal Architect to lead enterprise cloud strategies for major accounts. You will work with engineering, product, and executive teams to shape cloud adoption, architectures, and migration roadmaps across the Google Cloud ecosystem.

The role involves engaging with C-level stakeholders, presenting to executives, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions. Occasional travel and a strong enterprise mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of enterprise architecture or equivalent in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with cloud market insights and cloud computing across applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, or data.
• Experience communicating with technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Experience in or supporting the financial services industry.
• Fluency in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisory relationships with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, VP Engineering, CTO and CIO, to deliver business value and remove blockers.
• Provide domain expertise around public cloud and enterprise technology, and promote Google Cloud at conferences and online.
• Make recommendations on integration strategies, architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure to implement a complete solution with best practices.
• Manage the holistic enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating with specialists, product management, technical teams, and more.
• Travel to customer sites, conferences, and events as required (~50%).
