Job summary

Roche in Warsaw seeks an Enterprise AI & Quality Insights Architect to lead architecture, deployment, and governance of AI/NLP platforms across a global network. You will own product roadmaps, drive automation, and ensure compliance within a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Educational background in data science or related field with advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7+ years building/deploying ML models and data apps for enterprise use.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP, FDA) and CSV is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design, scale, and deploy ML/NLP pipelines on enterprise data platforms.
• Lead architecture for quality insights platforms and dashboards.
• Govern NLP/LLM use-cases and automate data workflows across systems.
• Ensure GxP compliance and CSV alignment for AI models and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Quality Site Heads and cross-functional teams to remove data silos.
