Job summary

Roche Polska sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking an Enterprise AI & Quality Insights Architect to shape enterprise AI platforms and quality data solutions across Roche's global network.

You will own architecture, deploy NLP/LLM workflows, ensure GxP compliance, and align with CSV standards while partnering with Quality leaders and cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid role with strong leadership exposure to AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering within regulated environments.
• 5–7+ years deploying ML models and data platforms for enterprise decisions.
• Knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485 fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise AI architecture, scaling & strategy across platforms.
• Own DevOps practices, Git workflows, and automation for data pipelines.
• Govern AI use-case backlog and ensure CSV alignment and validation.
