Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is seeking a Learning Architect to shape learner-centered experiences across the organization. You’ll translate business needs into learning architectures and drive end-to-end design from discovery to delivery, leveraging AI-enabled approaches.

You will collaborate with Learning Business Partners, SMEs, and Delivery teams to ensure scalable, engaging solutions aligned with global standards and measurable impact through data and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital, blended, and/or in-person learning in a corporate environment.
• Strong grounding in learner-centred design and learning architectures.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear learning journeys and experiences.
• Confident facilitator of workshops and structured design conversations.
• Visualising and documenting learning designs (blueprints, storyboards, prototypes).
• Delivery-focused with ability to manage multiple design activities and deadlines.
• Data-informed approach to improve learning solutions over time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Learning Business Partners and stakeholders to understand challenges and learner needs.
• Translate requirements into learning architectures, journeys, and experience strategies.
• Lead design workshops and design thinking sessions.
• Create blueprints, storyboards, and prototypes that communicate concepts clearly.
• Manage end-to-end learning design activities including scope, timelines, risks, and quality.
• Support transition of designs into development and delivery.
• Monitor learning effectiveness and use feedback to improve solutions.
• Drive innovation with new methodologies and AI-enabled design approaches.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and delivery teams to create integrated experiences.
