Job Title: Developer | Enterprise AI & Technology Awareness

Location: Krakow, Poland

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead enterprise-wide awareness, adoption, and capability-building initiatives around AI, emerging technologies, and continuous digital learning. The role will drive technology awareness across the organization while ensuring the Information Systems (IS) organization develops the skills required to support future business and technology needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide AI and technology awareness program.
• Organize webinars, workshops, expert sessions, technology showcases, and learning events.
• Create and distribute educational materials, newsletters, learning guides, and technology best practices.
• Promote adoption of AI, Microsoft Copilot, cloud, cybersecurity, automation, and analytics solutions.

Training & Capability Development

• Assess current and future technology skill requirements across the IS organization.
• Conduct skills-gap and training-needs analyses.
• Develop annual learning and capability roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate internal learning initiatives and external training programs.
• Drive professional certifications, upskilling, and career development initiatives.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, learning providers, and industry experts.
• Coordinate vendor-led training, workshops, and certification programs.
• Leverage existing vendor partnerships to maximize learning value and minimize costs.

Required Skills & Experience

Preferred Profile

• Experience in an enterprise AI adoption / digital transformation / technology enablement environment.
• Experience coordinating large-scale technology awareness campaigns.
• Familiarity with professional certification programs and technology learning ecosystems.
• Strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
