Job summary

OPmobility seeks a Knowledge Manager to drive engineering knowledge flow across teams, regions, projects, and technical domains. You will ensure critical know-how is accessible, reusable, and structured for people and AI-based systems, enabling faster development, improved quality, and reduced rework.

The role is based in our Kraków office, Poland, with responsibilities spanning governance, taxonomy, and跨 regional collaboration to optimize knowledge sharing and reuse in a global mobility

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Knowledge Management, or related field.
• Several years of experience in engineering, project management, quality management, or knowledge management.
• Strong understanding of engineering development processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with knowledge platforms, information architecture, and AI-enabled knowledge solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

The Knowledge Manager drives the flow of engineering knowledge across teams, regions, projects, and technical domains. The role ensures that critical know-how is easily accessible, reusable, and structured for both people and AI-based systems, enabling faster development, improved quality, and reduced rework.
This role is based in our office in Kraków, Poland.

• Enable effective engineering knowledge flow across teams, regions, projects, and technical domains.
• Build and maintain an AI-ready knowledge ecosystem with clear structures, taxonomy, and governance.
• Capture and scale engineering know-how from lessons learned, best practices, benchmarking and design guidelines.

Requirements:
