Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Knowledge Manager to drive the flow of engineering knowledge across teams, regions, projects, and technical domains in Kraków, Poland. You will build and maintain an AI-ready knowledge ecosystem with clear structures, taxonomy, and governance.

The role requires a Master’s degree with several years in engineering, project management, quality, or knowledge management, plus strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in engineering, project management, quality management, or knowledge management.
• Strong understanding of engineering development processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with knowledge platforms, information architecture, and AI-enabled knowledge solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

The Knowledge Manager drives the flow of engineering knowledge across teams, regions, projects, and technical domains. The role ensures that critical know-how is easily accessible, reusable, and structured for both people and AI-based systems, enabling faster development, improved quality, and reduced rework.
This role is based in our office in Kraków, Poland.

Requirements
