Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Calibration Engineer to join the team in Lublin, Poland. The role focuses on analyzing system performance, tuning, validation, and on-vehicle testing to ensure robust calibration across software, hardware, and mechanics.

You will work with MATLAB/Simulink and Vector tools (CANape & vCDM Studio) in an international environment, contributing to safe, smarter mobility while benefiting from on-site parking and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• ~3 years of experience in testing or mechatronics.
• Strong understanding of system analysis and validation.
• Knowledge of coding and Model-Based Design (MBD).

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance (software, hardware, mechanics).
• Plan and execute tuning and validation activities.
• Conduct lab tests and support on-vehicle testing (including test trips).
• Ensure requirements are fully covered and traceable.
• Prepare clear reports with test and validation results.
• Identify and document system issues (CAR reports).
• Manage calibration data and documentation.
• Support system launches and troubleshoot on-site.
• Maintain tuning guidelines and validation methods.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Profile

• Autonomous, analytical, and solution oriented.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Vector tools (CANape & vCDM Studio).
• Experience with MathWorks tools (MATLAB & Simulink).
