Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Wroclaw is seeking an IL Engineer Operations to strengthen our Control Tower team. You will focus on improving, standardizing, and automating processes across Control Tower operations, working with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

This role requires at least 3 years in logistics or operations, a degree in Logistics/Engineering, and proficiency in process improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or process optimization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma certifications are an advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

• Design and improve logistics solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze current processes and use insights to optimize future customer implementations.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Translate process designs into clear documentation (process flows, SOPs, work instructions).

• Support KPI development, monitoring, and reporting.
• Align with global stakeholders to ensure consistent Control Tower standards.

In this role, you will focus on improving, standardizing, and automating processes across our Control Tower operations. You will work closely with both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions that drive productivity and support global operations.
