Group Engine Management GEM, a Lufthansa group subsidiary, seeks an Engine Type Commercial Manager in Rzeszów, Poland. You will plan, control and coordinate engine maintenance events, optimizing availability and costs while interfacing with airlines and MROs.

You will own the engine budget, negotiate contracts, coordinate flight-hour needs with Fleet Operations, and monitor shop visits and billing from a commercial angle. Fluency in English is required; German is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Technical degree from a university/technical college is an advantage.
• At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of MRO industry preferred.
• Very good English; German language is an advantage.
• SAP and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Plan, control and coordinate tasks for engine maintenance events.
• Ensure highest engine availability and optimize maintenance costs; interface with airlines.
• Own the engines budget and manage contracts with airlines and MROs.
• Coordinate flight hour/flight cycle needs with Fleet Operations.
• Monitor engine maintenance events and billing processes for airlines.
• Own contract management towards Airlines and MROs.
• Optimize shop visit management from a commercial perspective.
