Job summary

Lufthansa Group Business Services in Kraków is seeking a Lease Analyst to support lease data management across the lifecycle and assist with administration of lease contracts. The role involves working with international stakeholders and contributing to process improvements within Lease Management.

You will prepare reports, support invoicing for leases and service charges, and help ensure data accuracy in systems and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a comparable field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a service delivery or shared services environment.
• Experience in accounting or finance-related processes (PTP/OTC) is a plus.
• German C1 and English B2.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease contract data throughout the contract lifecycle, including abstraction and master data maintenance.
• Maintain and update lease-related information in systems and databases.
• Support lease payment processes and verify invoices.
• Prepare and coordinate sublease invoices for internal and external subtenants.
• Verify rent and other lease-related charges with stakeholders.
• Support budgeting activities related to lease payments and service charges.
• Maintain digital lease documentation and data accuracy.
• Support year-end activities related to service charges.
• Prepare lease portfolio reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders on lease-related questions.
• Identify process-improvement opportunities and contribute to Lease Management processes.
• Assist with implementation and development of a new Lease Management platform.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Join our Lease Management team as a Lease Analyst and support lease-related processes across the Lufthansa Group.

You will be responsible for managing lease data and supporting day-to-day Lease Management activities, including lease contract administration.

Tasks

• Manage lease contract data throughout the contract lifecycle, including lease agreement abstraction and maintenance of master data
• Maintain and update lease-related information in relevant systems and databases
• Support lease payment processes and verify lease-related invoices
• Prepare and coordinate sublease invoices for internal and external subtenants
• Support the verification of rent and other lease-related charges with relevant stakeholders
• Support budgeting activities related to lease payments and service charges
• Maintain digital lease documentation and ensure data accuracy
• Support year-end activities related to service charges
• Prepare lease portfolio reports and analyses
• Cooperate with international stakeholders on lease-related questions and issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous development of Lease Management processes
• Support the implementation and further development of a new Lease Management platform
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a comparable field
• 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a service delivery or shared services environment
• Experience in accounting or finance-related processes, such as PTP or OTC - an advantage
• German at C1 level and English at B2 level
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical and structured approach to work
• Willingness to learn a new business area and new systems
• Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders in an international environment
• Hybrid work (1+ days): one day per week in the office plus additional office days as required
• Willingness to travel to Germany approximately once per month for 2-3 days
