EBRD seeks an Analyst to support the Energy team in Warsaw within the Evaluation Sustainability Department. You will assist in environmental and social appraisals, monitoring of the Bank's portfolio, and compliance with ESP across renewable projects.

The role involves data management, reporting, and coordinating with internal teams to drive sustainable development in the Bank's operations. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of local language is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental and/or social sciences, economics, engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of environmental, social, climate standards and guidelines (ESP, IFC PS, Equator Principles, CSRD, TCFD, TNFD, SSB).
• Excellent written and spoken English; local language skills advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support ESP compliance assessment, E&S risk impacts and opportunities; climate and nature risks; Paris alignment; monitoring and reporting.
• Conduct ESD research, reviews and analyses; draft internal and external publications.
• Coordinate meetings and events; liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and data management within ESD.
