Aurora Energy Research in Warsaw is seeking an entry-level advisory analyst to develop quantitative analyses and convey insights that support clients’ decision-making in the energy and power sector. You will work with the modelling team and engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver project scopes.

The role suits a recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate or someone with early experience in energy consulting or research, with hybrid working options and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• University degree in a quantitative subject or related field with interest in policy developments
• Ability to collect, analyse and interpret complex quantitative data; evidence of strong performance in team environments
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical parties
• Project management experience (e.g., at university) preferred
• Strong interest in energy markets; exposure to energy sector beneficial
• Full professional fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Develop timely and rigorous quantitative analyses to enhance clients’ decision-making
• Collaborate with modelling team to structure economic problems into quantifiable analyses
• Contribute to product development by identifying opportunities and expanding capabilities
