Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Senior ESG & Environmental Specialist to own ESG data reporting and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead data collection, collaborate cross-functionally for ESG disclosures, and drive carbon footprint reporting across the value chain.

The role requires 5+ years in ESG, strong knowledge of market standards, and fluency in Polish and English. In-office, full-time position with extensive sustainability initiatives and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years hands-on experience in ESG, ESG data reporting, and/or environmental management.
• Strong knowledge of ESG topics including market standards and applicability to the business model.
• Ownership mindset, high work ethic, and ability to work independently.
• Openness to change in a dynamic regulatory environment with the ability to identify opportunities.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating ESG data reporting processes across the Group, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
• Preparing ESG disclosures with the Management Board, data owners, and subject matter leaders.
• Calculating and reporting the Group’s carbon footprint across the value chain.
• Proposing and implementing solutions that improve ESG data collection processes and efficiency.
• Monitoring regulatory developments in ESG and environmental matters (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, PPWR, ESPR) and recommending actions.
