Job summary

Sandoz International GmbH is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional for a hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland or Stryków. The position focuses on monitoring product availability, coordinating with suppliers, and managing inventory with SAP systems and Excel-based analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or Supply Chain.
• Strong knowledge of SAP (supply chain modules).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product availability and on-time delivery performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery execution.
• Coordinate and verify product materials (artworks) related to product launches and lifecycle changes.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting supply continuity and product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
• Prepare and maintain demand forecasts.
• Analyze KPIs related to product availability and inventory levels.
• Identify risks related to excess or insufficient inventory and suggest corrective actions.
• Support initiatives to improve working capital efficiency.
• Participate in projects focused on Supply Chain process development and optimization.
• Support SAP-related projects and system implementations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver business initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Compensation Structure & Criteria:

Sandoz compensation isdeterminedby job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform ourrangeplacement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
