Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking a Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager Europe to drive competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs across 16 European countries, including France, the UK, and Poland. You will lead salary reviews, variable pay, and market analyses while partnering with HR and business stakeholders across the region.

The role requires 5–8 years of international C&B experience, advanced knowledge of pay practices, and strong project management.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience aligned with regional C&B roles.
International C&B management experience across multiple European countries.
Advanced knowledge of compensation and benefits with exposure to Europe; French market knowledge desirable.
Familiarity with EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements and pay equity topics.
Experience working in a matrix organization and coordinating stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and rollout of compensation and benefits programs across Europe.
Oversee annual salary reviews and variable pay/incentives cycles.
Provide governance and advisory support on market competitiveness, internal equity and job evaluation.
Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure policy consistency and governance across countries.
Monitor market trends and drive improvements to maintain competitiveness and attract/retain talent.
Co-lead EU Pay Transparency readiness with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with International Mobility on reward aspects of mobility policies.
