Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting to lead the EMEA engineering recruiting effort from a remote base in Poland. You will coach a growing team of recruiters, own the regional hiring strategy, and partner with cross-functional leaders to scale hires across geographies.

You will influence Directors and VPs using data, market insights, and proactive risk management, while driving efficiency and a high-quality candidate experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading full-cycle technical recruiting

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters
• Own the recruiting strategy for EMEA
• Partner with technical and cross-functional leaders to translate hiring plans into scalable strategies
• Influence senior stakeholders with data and market insights
• Improve funnel performance and forecast hiring risks
• Collaborate with Talent Brand and Compensation to deliver a seamless hiring experience
