Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Senior Tax Services Specialist to support tax declarations for BI entities across multiple countries in the EMEA region. You will gather and reconcile data, produce tax returns and fiscal reports, and ensure compliance with deadlines while working with the Corporate Tax Function and GBS teams.

You should have fluent English, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and at least four years of international tax experience, preferably in shared services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a tax consulting firm or comparable position in an international company.
• Experience with CIT, WHT, VAT, and Tax Accounting topics.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills; able to work in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather tax-related data from multiple sources to support preparation of tax returns and fiscal reports.
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy through reconciliations and validations.
• Coordinate tax-related change activities and postings per established tax processes.
• Prepare high-quality tax returns (CIT, WHT, VAT) and country reports within deadlines.
• Collaborate with Corporate Tax Function and GBS teams on country-specific tax requirements.
