Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Poland is seeking a Senior Tax Services Specialist to support BI's EMEA tax declarations including CIT, WHT, VAT, and Tax Accounting across multiple countries.

You will gather, reconcile and validate data, prepare returns, and ensure deadlines while coordinating with Corporate Tax and GBS teams. Fluent English is required, with 4+ years in tax consulting or related roles and strong Excel/SAP expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a tax-related role.
• Experience with CIT, WHT, VAT, and Tax Accounting.
• Knowledge of financial/tax systems and changing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Gather tax-related data from multiple sources to support returns and fiscal reports.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of data through reconciliations and validations.
• Coordinate tax-related change activities and postings per processes.
• Prepare high-quality tax returns and fiscal reports for subsidiaries across countries.
• Collaborate with Corporate Tax and GBS teams to address country-specific requirements.
