Job summary

Bo​ehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Wroclaw invites a Tax Services Team Manager to lead the Tax Services function across markets. You will direct professional service delivery, drive continuous improvement in direct and indirect tax processes, and mentor a high-performing team within the GBS Center.

You will work on tax compliance, optimization, and cross-functional coordination with local business units, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory alignment across regions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language at a high level (C1).
• 5+ years of professional experience in tax consulting or comparable international role, preferably in Shared Services.
• Strong knowledge of taxation laws, tax operations, and tax reporting requirements.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration in finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of direct and indirect tax services across markets.
• Lead and develop the Tax Services team within the GBS Center.
• Coordinate data gathering, reconciliations, and tax compliance activities.
• Drive standardization and process improvements in taxation processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax legislation and regulatory requirements.
