Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Poland is seeking a Tax Services Specialist to support BI global business partners in the EMEA region with CIT, WHT and VAT declarations and related tax accounting tasks.

You will gather, reconcile and validate data across countries, ensure timely preparation of statutory tax returns, and coordinate tax-related changes within Global Business Services, while collaborating with the Corporate Tax function and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a tax-related role, preferably in an internationally operating company or tax consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Law or similar.
• Good understanding of CIT, WHT, VAT and Tax Accounting in a shared service environment.
• Strong communication and intercultural collaboration capabilities with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering from multiple sources for CIT, WHT, VAT and tax accounting.
• Ensure completeness, correctness, reconciliation and validation of data.
• Coordinate tax-related changes and postings within the business service organization.
• Prepare tax returns and fiscal reports within deadlines for subsidiaries in multiple countries.
• Collaborate with Corporate Tax and other functions to handle country-specific questions.
