Job summary

Future Electronics seeks a Regional Supplier Development Manager to join the EMEA team in Warsaw. You will drive the business plan for assigned suppliers, bridging marketing, sales and engineering to align strategies and drive demand creation.

You will craft plans, coordinate NPI/marcom activities, and build strong supplier relationships to gain a competitive edge for Future Electronics across the region.

Qualifications

• Ideally educated to degree level with comprehensive knowledge of electronics and/or electronic distribution across a region or countries.
• Fully au fait with the sales and marketing practices of Future and EMEA/international distributor.
• Commercially astute with credibility to win customers and build long-term relationships.
• Able to think strategically and implement tactical plans as required.
• Strong service ethic; able to work independently or in support of others.
• Proactive, adaptable, organized, and multi-tasking achiever.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator and presenter.

Responsibilities

• Hold principal accountability for success with assigned focus suppliers and lead within Future.
• Develop a business plan and drive success across the EMEA organization.
• Control and communicate NPI to Sales, Marketing, Engineering and management.
• Communicate supplier strengths, roadmaps and strategies across the EMEA organization.
• Work with technical and Marcom teams to develop demand creation programmes and product launches.
• Develop relationships to gain supplier and market advantages for Future.
• Create tools to track performance and drive improvements and product pushes.
