Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support back-office operations for Professional Services and invoicing.
• Coordinate order handling, settlements and invoicing.
• Assist Service managers with reporting and process improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for customers scheduling services and necessary documentation.
• Ensure backlog data accuracy and Oracle entries; update daily backlog.
