Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Poland is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support the EMEA portfolio through lease analytics, execution, and foundational real estate knowledge. The role blends data-driven recommendations with collaboration across the global real estate team in a hybrid setting with an office in Katowice or Warsaw.

You will track lease extensions, gather inputs, prepare budgets, and develop business cases in partnership with Finance, with occasional travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in real estate, business management, or analytics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or lease transactions in two European markets.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AutoCAD or real estate databases is useful.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%, and fluency in English plus another language.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage lease extensions, renewals, termination options and 9–12 months ahead.
• Communicate with internal customers on upcoming lease actions and inputs.
• Gather requirements on location, size, layout and space functionality for leases.
• Develop analyses for lease options including rental costs and operating expenses.

You will demonstrate the ability to translate our requirements into data-driven recommendations.You will report directly to Global Real Estate Leader and work in hybrid model of work with office in Katowice or Warsaw.Your Responsibilities:Track and manage lease extensions, renewals, termination options, and basic contractual obligations to support decision-making at lease 9 to 12 months in advance.Communicate promptly with internal customers regarding upcoming lease actions and required business inputs.Gather customer requirements on location, size, layout, and space functionality and translate these into clear inputs for lease requirements.Develop comparative analyses for lease options, including rental costs, operating expenses, and expected changes over the lease term.Use internal data and market information to assess occupancy trends, cost drivers, and use metrics.Prepare capital, one-time expense budgets for leasing activities.In coordination with regional and/or global real estate leadership, prepare business case summaries highlighting both financial and non-financial considerations, in partnership with Finance to align on budgetsSupport data accuracy by ensuring the real estate management system reflects current lease abstracts, financial analyses, and updates.Partner with third-party real estate agencies to identify suitable sites based on customer requirements and company parameters.Coordinate customer site visits and gather feedback to support selection decisions.Responsible for the preparation and routing of business case approval documents, including financial summaries and supporting analysis.Coordinate third parties performing fit outs or modifications associated with new or renewed leases, coordinating with local vendors, your team, IT, and Security for cost and scope inputs.Manage timelines to ensure projects are completed according to expectations.Support the budgeting process by provide capital expense and lease rate estimates.The Essentials - You Will Have:Degree in real estate, business management, business, analytics, or a related discipline.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, lease transactions or related fields in at least two European markets in the EMEA Region.
