Develocraft sp. z o.o. is seeking an EMEA Payroll Specialist to handle end-to-end payroll across multiple European markets. You will coordinate with external providers and internal teams while ensuring compliance with local tax and labour rules.

The role requires 3+ years in payroll, strong English (C1+), and experience with payroll software such as Ceridian Dayforce. Hybrid/remote work available with an office in Gdańsk. Equipment provided and annual bonus offers are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing across multiple European countries.
• Experience with external payroll providers and regional payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple European countries.
• Coordinate payroll activities with external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and employment laws across EMEA.
• Collaborate with regional HR to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports and year-end declarations.
• Maintain payroll records with data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify process improvements to streamline payroll operations.
• Support implementation and optimization of payroll systems and tools.
• Handle employee payroll queries with clear, professional support.
