Qualifications

4–7 years of HR/payroll experience.
Experience with non-US payroll is required.
US payroll experience is an advantage.
Payroll vendor management and data privacy knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process end-to-end payroll for multiple geographies in compliance with local laws.
Coordinate with vendors and respond to inquiries from tax authorities and social security.
Provide backup payroll support for the US ADP GlobalView solution.
Maintain HR data accuracy and privacy compliance across systems.
Support audits and timely reporting to government agencies and insurers.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll quality and cost.
