Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in benefits administration; experience with large, self-insured plans preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS/benefits software; Workday and Benifex preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end administration of EMEA benefits programmes with compliance and quality focus.
  • Serve as SME and trusted advisor on benefits operations across People Services.
  • Lead governance, planning, and continuous improvement of benefits delivery.
  • Manage enrollment, eligibility, terminations, and vendor payment processes.
  • Coordinate with internal/external partners; drive system changes and automation.
  • Develop junior staff and deliver training on benefits concepts and tools.
