Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, controllership, or Record to Report functions.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, preferably leading senior or specialist finance teams.
• Strong technical accounting background with experience in complex, international, and multi-entity environments.
• Solid exposure to statutory reporting, audit coordination, governance, and compliance-related topics.
• Proven understanding of balance sheet management, financial controls, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Accounting Controllers.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of period-end close and financial reporting.
• Safeguard balance sheet integrity and P&L accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and local statutory requirements.
• Oversee statutory financial statements preparation and coordinate external audits.
