People & Culture Manager - Hybrid Kraków

Job summary

Worldwiders is seeking a People & Culture Manager to join our Kraków team. This hands-on HR leadership role partners with Operations leaders to address complex people matters in a high-volume, CX environment.

You will handle employee relations, Polish labour law, payroll coordination, immigration, and development of the HR function while supporting and mentoring the HR/People team to optimize employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in a Senior HRBP, HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Polish labour law
• Solid employee relations and performance-management experience
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (CX/BPO/customer service)
• Knowledge of sickness/absence policies, HR compliance and audits
• Experience in payroll and benefits processes
• Knowledge of immigration procedures is a plus
• Experience leading or mentoring HR team members
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
• A mature, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent Polish and English skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner supporting leaders across employee relations, performance management and HR compliance
• Oversee Polish employment law, contracts, policies and benefits
• Coordinate payroll in cooperation with external authorities
• Manage sickness/absence processes and HR audits
• Lead immigration/work-permit processes and ensure regulatory compliance
• Drive employee engagement, recognition and internal communications
• Support leadership development and people initiatives
• Improve HR processes, retention and employee experience
• Mentor and develop members of the HR/People team
