Job summary

Daikin Europe Business Support in Warsaw seeks an HR expert to lead the EMEA HR Centre of Expertise. You will drive organisational development, change management and cross-border HR projects across the EMEA region.

As part of a team, you will collaborate with management and HR colleagues to implement HR strategies, support M&A integration, grading structures, and process improvements, with occasional travel to other European premises.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices.
• Experience in international environments and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and improve key HR processes across the EMEA region.
• Lead change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Coordinate M&A integration activities for HR and support cultural integration.
• Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies and policies.
