EMEA Organisational Development Specialist
We are looking for a new colleague to be part of the EMEA HR Centre of Expertise (CoE). You are an HR Expert able to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide advice in the area of organisational development on an international level. As the EMEA HR Process Owner, you are accountable for defining, monitoring, and continuously improving key HR processes to ensure they meet organisational goals, comply with standards, and deliver consistent end‑to‑end results across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Change Management
- Partner with HR leadership, diverse HR teams in EMEA and business leaders to support required initiatives to transition to one EMEA HR organisation.
- Facilitate communication and alignment on future state HR structure.
Organisational and Operational Efficiency Project Follow‑Up
- Support the implementation and coordination of initiatives to standardise and digitalise HR payroll and recruitment processes within EMEA countries.
- Contribute to the development of centralised HR service centres on a national level.
- Ensure alignment between HR processes and technical implementation in collaboration with the HRIS team.
Grading Structure
- Own content for the job grading framework across EMEA, ensuring consistent concepts and language based on a deep understanding of business activities in different Daikin organisations.
- Collaborate with other HR Experts to map functions, align levels and titles, and link to the concept of a ‘Growth Portfolio’ in SAP Successfactors.
M&A Integration
- Coordinate Post‑Merger Integration activities for HR and facilitate smooth organisational integration when new companies join the Daikin Group.
- Support cultural integration and change management initiatives in collaboration with other HR experts and diverse HR teams in EMEA.
Required Profile
Education & Skills
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In‑depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices.
- Solid understanding of research methods and analysis.
- Monitoring trends and advancements in the HR field to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Knowledge of the Korn Ferry Hay methodology and/or experience with business process reengineering and project management is considered a plus.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR consultant, HR advisor and change agent in project management.
- Proven track record in international environments and corporate settings.
- Experience working in a matrix organisation.
